Hello! I'm Miguel Guerrero, originally from Mérida, Venezuela, and currently based in Brussels. As a VFX Supervisor and Nuke Compositor at The Pack, I combine my passions for technology, gaming, and filmmaking into a career that brings narratives to life through visual effects.
My academic background in Film Direction from Escuela de Medios Audiovisuales (ULA) has been instrumental in directing short films and shaping my approach to visual storytelling. This foundation enables me to seamlessly integrate technology with narrative in my work.
I am particularly proud of my collaborations with Venezuelan director Alberto Arvelo, contributing to projection mapping installations for the orchestral concerts “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “The Creation.” These projects, conducted by Gustavo Dudamel and performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic, highlight the intersection of visual artistry and classical music.
I focus on enhancing narratives through visual effects, aiming for a balance that elevates the story without overwhelming it. As I continue to explore the evolving landscapes of VFX and film direction, I am committed to creating visually stunning and narratively compelling experiences.
